How do you ship orders?

We ship orders to addresses in the United States through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Most orders ship Priority Mail. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes about 2 to 3 days — assuming the Postal Service is having a good week.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but international shipping requires extra shipping fees.

Drop us a note before you place the order. Give us the delivery address and number of masks you want. We’ll give you a quote for international shipping that provides tracking of your order.

How quickly will my order ship?

We hustle to get orders on their way as quickly as possible. Once shipped by USPS Priority Mail, most U.S. orders should arrive within 2 to 3 days.

Actual delivery times are controlled by your mail carrier and can occasionally take longer.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of masks that have been opened or used.

Unopened masks may be returned. Contact us to get a Return Authorization and instructions for return and refund. Orders returned without prior authorization may not be refunded.

How Does the U2 Sport Mask Actually Work?
The U2 Sport Mask doesn’t use traditional filtering technology to get rid of dust, dirt, and allergens.Most filters trap particles as air passes through the filtering material. The U2 Sport Mask uses an ultrafine material that works differently. When particles hit the material, they bounce off instead of becoming trapped in the material.

That difference solves a common problem with traditional filtration. As conventional filter material collects more particles, it clogs up. Airflow drops, and breathing takes more effort and becomes difficult.

The U2 Sport Mask doesn’t load up with trapped particles, so it won’t clog up and restrict breathing. You breathe freely, even during strenuous activity.

That’s one of the reasons we chose this material for a sport mask.

Why doesn’t the U2 Sport Mask get harder to breathe through?

Because particles don’t accumulate within the ultrafine material.

Traditional filter media restricts airflow as more and more particles are captured.  The dirtier the environment and the harder you go, the more difficult it is to breathe. That clogged filter material creates resistance.

The U2 Sport Mask works differently. Particles hit the ultrafine material and are rejected. Those bad boys just bounce off rather than loading up.

The U2 Sport Mask doesn’t require you to choose between particle protection and breathing comfortably.

What sizes are available?

The U2 Sport Masks come in Medium, Large, and Extra Large. Teens and average sized women wear the Medium; most men and large women wear the Large. The extra large is for extra large men and women.

Why does the U2 Sport Mask cost more than some other masks?

It comes down largely to material and lifespan.

You can buy inexpensive masks made with conventional filter media. They’ll clog up and get tossed. The U2 Sport Mask uses a high-tech material that won’t clog in a reusable mask.

Instead of tossing your mask, you wear it again and again. Season after season. And for many of our customers, year after year.

How do I clean my U2 Sport Mask?

Easily. Just get it wet with warm water and add a drop of ordinary dishwashing liquid. Gently wash the mask, rinse it thoroughly, and hang it to dry.

Wait until the mask is completely dry, then put it away. We even provide a little pouch to stash it in.

How should I store my mask?

Each U2 Sport Mask comes with a storage pouch.

The pouch helps keep the mask clean and protected between uses.

Always make sure the mask is dry before storing it.

How often should I wash my mask?

It depends on how often you wear it and in what environment.

Use common sense and wash your mask as needed.  If you spend the day riding dry, dusty trails (and not in lead position) you may need to wash it at the end of the day.

If you’ve worn it during strenuous exercise, dusty conditions, yard work, or another activity that leaves it damp or dirty, clean it before storing it for your next use.

Can I put my U2 Sport Mask in the washing machine or dryer?

Negative. Your mask should be handwashed with warm water and dishwashing liquid.

This gentle cleaning method protects the mask materials.  The neoprene material isn’t going to hold up to the heat of a dryer. Don’t try it.

Why does the mask come with a storage pouch?

A reusable mask spends far more time being stored than being worn.

The pouch gives you a clean place to keep your U2 Sport Mask between uses instead of tossing it loose into a gym bag, backpack, glove compartment, or drawer.

It’s our little way of keeping you organized and your mask protected. Just make sure it is dry before you put it away.

Can I return a mask after I try it on?

No. Once the mask has been opened, we cannot accept it for return. You wouldn’t want to wear a mask with someone else’s snot on it would you? Why would anyone else be different?

The U2 Sport Mask fits directly over the nose and mouth. We consider open masks as used personal-use products. For hygiene and sanitary purposes, we don’t take them back.  Unopened masks may be returned according to our return policy.
